MailBox

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all transactions.
• Businesses must provide a valid Trade License and TIN/BIN as applicable.
• Mailbox services are valid only for the agreed-upon duration.
• MBE reserves the right to ensure 100% physical Inspection of the goods.
• After two (2) failed delivery attempts, the shipment will be held, and the receiver must collect it within the specified time. Additional storage or return fees may apply if not collected.
• MBE reserves the right to inspect received mail or parcels.
• MBE is not liable for any illegal or prohibited goods found.
• Notifications, scanning, or forwarding services are charged separately.
• Customer data is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
• MBE is not liable for any consequential loss.
• Unclaimed items remaining 30 days after mailbox agreement expiry will be discarded or returned at the customer’s cost.

Shipping

• Billable rates are based on the either Gross Weight or Dimensional Weight, whichever is higher. The following formula will be used to determine the volumetric weight – Volumetric Weight (Kg) = (Length ×Width ×Height)/5000
• After two (2) failed delivery attempts, the shipment will be held, and the customer must collect it within the specified time. Additional storage or return fees may apply if not collected.
• MBE reserves the right to ensure 100% physical Inspection of the goods.
• Estimated delivery timeline of the shipment is as per the carrier.
• MBE will follow the Terms and Conditions of the respective carrier.

• Final designs will be delivered in the agreed formats; additional edits may incur extra charges.
• Project timelines must be agreed upon before the start of any design work.
• MBE is not liable for any consequential loss.
• Printing & Copying
• Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all content submitted for printing.
• MBE accepts no liability for the nature or legality of printed content.
• MBE will not preserve customer data after the completion of print or copy services.
• MBE is not liable for any consequential loss.

Other

• All custom services will include in written agreements specifying the scope, deliverables, and terms.
• MBE is not liable for any consequential loss.
